The Annual Pilbara event makes every effort to use local services and suppliers wherever possible.  We make it a priority to support local businesses and giving back to the community including donating food, TV’s and supplies to local charities and Karratha public school.

  • Salvation Army (The Salvation Army is dedicated to providing support to survivors of violence and their children through a variety of emergency responses such as refuge accommodation, and long-term support.)

  • Roebourne families (via Salvation Army) (Roebourne is a town with a significant Aboriginal population and a rich history, particularly in relation to the Ngarluma people, who are the traditional custodians of the land)
  • Karratha Women’s Refuge (Centre providing short term accommodation to women with or without children impacted by family and domestic violence, homelessness, or other forms of crisis)

  • The Youth Shed (The Youth Shed gives young people aged 10 to 17 years a place to meet and enjoy recreation programs and activities, use the free WiFi and meet new people. The Education Department, Headspace and other youth services providers use the space to meet and assist our young people.)
